What is Revenue OS, and what does it cost?
Revenue OS is the sales side of AdMindra: relationships, opportunities, a pipeline, web proposals with signing, and the AI seller. It is part of Growth, at 1 490 kr (€139 / $149)/month, and above, excluding VAT. Free does not include it, so you can start free and add it when you are ready. See Pricing.
Do I have to use the AI seller?
No. Relationships, deals and proposals work by hand. The AI seller feeds the same customer records and has no separate CRM of its own, so you can start manually and add it later, or never.
Who finds the contacts?
Our team. When you ask for a list of contacts, a person at AdMindra researches it and delivers within one working day. Growth includes 50 contacts a month. You can also import your own list straight into your contacts.
How do the emails go out?
From your own connected mailbox, one at a time, inside the hours you set and in your time zone, a few a day (20 by default). The count is per mailbox across Press, Sales and Influencers. No model writes each mail: you approve one template and it is filled in per contact. Each contact gets at most one reminder, never after a reply, an account or an opt-out.
How does a customer sign a proposal?
The customer opens a modern web proposal, reads it, and approves or signs with a written or drawn signature on a phone or a computer. If you choose it, BankID is available as a backup through a signing partner's page. The signed PDF is the frozen final record.
Are prices and totals always exact?
Yes. AI helps with structure, language and design, but the commercial facts stay exactly as you entered them: products, prices, currencies and terms. Amounts are kept in the smallest unit, never as a rounded decimal.
